Preparation: Cook water, cinnamon sticks, anise stars, sugar and rock candy for 30 minutes. Add teabag, wine and cider, bring to the boil and pour through a sieve in a pre-heated pot. Goes well together with Sense wafers and aniseed biscuits! | ||
