Alpine Wrestling and Herdsman Festival

The wrestling festival, set in the unique Schwarzsee natural landscape, is the only prize-licensed alpine wrestling competition in South-West-Switzerland, where different language and culture regions can meet.

The festival is organized by the wresting clubs of Sense and Fribourg. Approximately 4,000 spectators are expected to visit the festival. Apart from the wrestling, there is a lot of folklore and there are performances of the yodel club. Additionally you can try your strength in stone pushing.
